OLYMPIC SUMMER BASH
The Olympic Summer Bash took place on June 21, 2008. This event was a lot of fun and we managed to do it all before the rain came. It was a success because of all the volunteers that helped. They were Mary & Bob Colgan, Marcie Crawford & Joe Perog, Christina & Dana Ensminger, Paul & Ryan Everitt, Kim Foley & Angelita, Ginny Gawthorpe, McKenzie & Ashton Hickcox, Bobbie & Steve Platt, Jennifer Kosmos Shields, Roy & Kathy Sovoca, and Delores Vitullo. THANK YOU!
The highlight of the day was a toss up between the water slides and the jousting match. The kids & some adults really had fun trying to knock each other of the posts. We also had a few other competitions finishing off with a Tug-of-War just before the storm came in.
