BREAKFAST WITH SANTA
The Annual Breakfast with Santa Event took place on December 3rd, 2006 at the Country Club. It was the first event for the new committee and all things considered it went pretty well.
Families enjoyed a nice breakfast prepared by the Country Club. Children had the opportunity to create a mini stocking for the holidays complete with their name. Raggedy Ann joined the fun as well offering face painting. All the attention, though, was on Santa when he arrived in his sleigh with Mrs. Claus. The children got to get their picture taken with them and have the picture put on a button they could take home as a souvenir. Before Santa left he offered the children a ride in his sleigh. The kids really enjoyed this exciting moment.
With the help of many volunteers, the event was a big success. We can't wait to do it again next year.
